StartUp Teams Face Alumni Investor Panel, April 5
The 5th annual StartUp Showcase will be held on Tuesday, April 5 at 6:30 p.m. in Gonzaga auditorium. Five teams have been selected to advance to the StartUp Showcase where they will make their business pitch to a panel of investors who will evaluate their business idea and negotiate conditions for seed funding to start their business.
This year the investor panel is composed of all Fairfield alumni which sets this years’ Showcase apart from previous years. "The investors who will view the student pitches and determine whether they are worthy of investment are all seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs," said Don Gibson, dean of the Dolan School. "They're also all Fairfield alumni, and it's great that we can draw on their expertise for this important competition.”
